Dikey çıkışlı Ecoguss proje süzgeci

Standartları belirleyen bir inovasyon: Ecoguss yer/çatı süzgecimiz, polimer ve metalin özel avantajlarını bir araya getiren, özel olarak geliştirilmiş aynı isimli kompozit malzemeyi kullanır. Bu nedenle Ecoguss , pik dökümden yapılmış süzgeçler için ekonomik ve montajı kolay bir alternatiftir. Aynı zamanda hijyenin yanı sıra yangın koruması ve ses yalıtımı açısından da büyük avantajlar sunar ve bu nedenle özellikle oteller, hastaneler veya yüzme havuzları gibi kamu binaları için uygundur.

Ecoguss isteğe bağlı olarak yatay veya dikey çıkışla ve DN 50 ile DN 100 arasında değişen farklı nominal çaplarda sunulmaktadır.

Dayanıklılık, rahatlık, temizlik – tüm bunlar ileri teknoloji ürünü kompozit malzememiz Ecoguss tarafından sunulmaktadır. Bu yenilikçi malzeme, polimer ve metalin avantajlarını bir araya getiriyor: Dökme demirden üç kat daha hafif ve aynı zamanda sıcaklığa dayanıklı olmasının yanı sıra kimyasal ve mekanik strese karşı da oldukça dirençlidir. Ayrıca Ecoguss, tortu oluşumunu önleyen ve böylece güçlü bir kendi kendini temizleme etkisi sağlayan kaplamasız, pürüzsüz yüzeyi sayesinde aşındırıcı değildir ve son derece hijyeniktir.

En yüksek yangın koruması standartları

Yangın durumunda, yangın tahliye borularından geçerek binanın diğer bölümlerine yayılabileceğinden, su çıkışları risk oluşturur. Koruma amacıyla süzgeçlerimiz Fire-Kit yangın ve duman koruması eklentisi veya entegre yangın korumalı Quick-Fit boru geçiş contası ile donatılabilir. Yangın süzgeç gövdesine nüfuz eder etmez, içindeki yangın koruması bileşeni otomatik olarak şişer ve boru soketini alevlere ve dumana karşı kapatır. Hem Fire-Kit hem de Quick-Fit en yüksek yangına dayanıklılık sınıfı olan R 120'ye uygundur.

Bilimsel olarak onaylanmış ses yalıtımı etkisi

Ecoguss, Fraunhofer Enstitüsü tarafından ses geçirmezlik etkisi açısından test edilmiştir. VDI 4100 SST III uyarınca ≥ 14 dB(A) ve DIN 4109 uyarınca ≥ 16 dB(A) değerlerinde ölçüm sonucu alınmıştır. Bu, Ecoguss'un kanıtlanmış bir ses engelleme etkisine sahip olduğu anlamına gelmektedir.
