The KESSEL EasyCollect food waste input station is designed for the hygienic and efficient shredding of food waste and kitchen waste in commercial kitchens. The centrifugal grinder, with its powerful 2.2 kW motor, reliably shreds food waste. These are then transferred to the KESSEL collection tank by the integrated feed pump. The automatic, adjustable process water addition optimally supports the grinding and conveying process. For maximum operational safety, the input station is equipped with a mechanical safety and locking mechanism. The cover with integrated seal forms a reliable hygienic barrier. The EasyCollect input station also offers a fill level indicator for the collection tank at 80% and 100% (in combination with fill level sensor – item no. 97051). When full capacity (100%) is reached, the input station is automatically stopped to ensure safe and trouble-free operation. A release key for the grinder is included in the scope of delivery.
